If you look in C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Documents\SavedGames\Boku\Player1\Content\Xml\Localizable at the file Locales.xml you'll see all the currently supported languages.
Right now the list includes : Arabic, Czech, Welsh, Greek, Spanish, Hebrew, Icelandic, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Turkish, German, French, Lithuanian, English, Korean, Japanese, Hungarian, Chinese (trad), Chinese (simp), and Norwegian.
We don't keep track of how complete the translations are although when you run Kodu in a language other than English it will produce a file called MissingLocalization.txt which is saved in C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Documents\SavedGames\Boku\Player1
This file contains the list of strings that still need to be translated for that particular language.
