I installed the file above. But when I start KODU I'm asked to install the driver again.

After the installation is completed, I get the message "installed..." But when I now try to play the kodu game, I'm asked again to install the driver.

As I'm logged into an school computer with no admin account, I start KODU with no admin account, but for the installation I use the admin account.

I can install and install and so on, but nothing really happenssmiley mr green

Hi Marco, do you have a BBC micro:bit attached to your computer when this happens?

Oops, hit send too early. I wanted to explain: the driver software Kodu is trying to install is a serial port driver meant to interface with a device called the BBC micro:bit (info: http://microbit.org/). Kodu should only try to install the driver when it detects a microbit attached. Your post didn't mention microbit, so I wanted to check with you about it.

Thanks!

Eric

Nothing new?
It's really important.

I can't get the micro:bit run in my classrooms...

I don't have a clear answer. Have you tried running Kodu as admin with micro:bit attached and install the driver under admin privileges?

I'll try this week when I'm back at school and give you a response.

Sorry, but it's still the same.

I logged in as administrator, plugged the micro:bit in and started KODU.

Then I'm asked to install the driver. I get the response that the driver is installed.

When I now try to run a game I'm again asked to install the driver and again with the message that the driver is installed. After I confirm this message, the driver will install again... and again... and again.
